Our task was to do the full design assessment for a renovation of a Villa originally built in 1970 in Benicasim.

With an initial consultation with the client we aim to understand their design needs and goals. These are an example of the Mood Boards and Inspiration boards were we gather visual references to present different design styles, shapes, colours, and textures. This will helps our clients visualise various options and express their likes and dislikes.
We explore all design options from the shapes and distributions to the different materials and textures combination. These are often presented with basic renderings in clay or draft quality in order to quickly visualise all the elements working together in one particular room of the house.
In the last phase, we draw the key details so the contractors can develop the manufacturer drawings with all the design considerations taken care of.
